Project scope included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design for the tenant upfit for Virginia Physicians Inc. on the 3rd floor of the Reynolds MOB2. Spaces included patient exam rooms, lab, blood draw and x-ray rooms, clean and soiled holding spaces, and bio-hazard storage rooms. Variable volume terminal boxes were designed to provide ventilation requirements per the FGI Healthcare Guidelines. Plumbing design included patient and staff toilet rooms, lab sinks with tempered emergency eyewashes, and a pumped circulating hot water system.
